to book your sessions simply phone us advising us of your riding experience and approximate height and weight. Booking are usually made at least one week in advance, but we can sometimes take bookings at shorter notice. Unfortunately we do not take bookings via email.
Please try to give us as much notice as possible, if you have to cancel a booking. We operate a No Refunds Policy; this is a condition of booking. No Refunds are given for cancellations. A charge of 50% of the lesson price will be made for any ride cancelled after 4pm the on the day prior to your lesson booking. A charge of 100% of the lesson price will be made if there is less than 1 hours’ notice or no notice at all. We regret that this will apply whatever the cause of cancelation in order to avoid the general surcharge that would have to be added on to all lessons to cover staffing and running costs. We do not accept cancellation via email.
Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website , blocking computers using your IP address form accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and / or bringing court proceedings against you.
